📅 Exchange Period

Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, requests made after 14 days cannot be processed.

🚚 Exchange Process

Doorstep Exchange Service (All Over Pakistan)

We offer doorstep exchange service across Pakistan.

Our courier partner will:
Collect the original item from your doorstep.
Deliver the replacement item at the same time (where service is available).

In areas where doorstep exchange is not available through the courier, customers may be requested to send the parcel to our warehouse. Once we receive and inspect the item, the replacement will be dispatched promptly.

💰 Exchange Charges

If the exchange is requested due to a customer’s choice (size, colour, or preference):

A shipping fee of Rs. 350–500 will apply, depending on your city.

If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong size, wrong colour, incorrect or defective product):

No exchange charges will apply. We will bear all shipping costs.

✅ Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

All original tags, labels, and packaging (if applicable) must be intact.

The product should not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

The exchange request must be approved by our customer support team before shipping.
